To develop the framework of a seamless and effective community transition plan for all children, youth and young adults who have special needs that is workable for all stakeholders in our Timmins community.
The plan is to enhance and maximize a coordinated community response in a timely fashion to support and meet the health, educational, vocational and social needs from a variety of resources and services in our Timmins community to help the person with special needs reach their full potential.
