Childcare/Preschool

Wordplay Northeast Blind Low Vision Early Intervention Program and/or the Canadian National Institute for the Blind will assist the parent with a child transitioning into all childcare, preschool and early learning centers as well as provide training, consultation and resource support to ensure full participation of the child with blindness or vision loss in these programs in partnership with the Resource Teacher/Consultant for these programs.

Here is a list of other services that could benefit your child’s development. A Service Coordinator can further assist you with referral planning and ensuring your child can access the supports required.
