Leisure/Recreational

Please refer to “A Guide to Recreation and Leisure Activities For Youth, in the City of Timmins” for a full list of leisure/recreational activities and clubs that may interest your child. Discuss your child’s disability with these organizations in order to find out if they can provide a positive experience for your child. Your child’s therapist may be able to assist you in deciding which activities would be most appropriate to meet you child’s needs. They may also be able to recommend equipment that may facilitate your child’s participation.
